Dear Parents,

It is with gratitude to God that I express these few thoughts with you about our activities over the last couple of months. The pupils of Zion Christian Academy (ZCA) have made a concerted effort to advance spiritually and academically as they engaged in PACE work and their participation in the National curriculum with PLACE project and Biddenham International School at Bedford. Extra-curricular activities like the ‘After-School’ Club and the swimming classes have also picked up without a hiccup. Praise the Lord!

ZCA as a community interest company have begun the process of official registration as a ‘childcare provider’. This process will enhance our ability to access local services more easily as Social Services and other Local Inspectorates become more interested in our activities. Please continue to remain in prayers with us for a smooth transition from where we are; to where, I believe God will ultimately want us to be, – having premises of our own.

The closing ceremony for the autumn term will take place on Saturday the 14th of December at The Holy Cross, Church Hall from 13:00 hrs. This assembly of staff, parents, pupils and friends, will be a time for our pupils to show case their talents in performing arts (Drama & Music) and be rewarded for good conduct and academic excellence.

I seize this opportunity to acknowledge your regular monthly remittance to our ZCA account and look forward to our time of communion and fellowship when we meet soon.
